Bedding
In the hotel rooms bedding will be replaced after three overnights. If you need a more frequent exchange at different intervals, please contact the reception.

For people with disabilities disabed room is provided and equipped with disabled shower, handrail and seat.

If you would like to hire a car, please contact our reception.
Baby cot
The baby cot can be asked for at the reception for free of charge.
Bible
You can find it in the drawers.
Smoking
The hotel area is entirely non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed outside of the building. For further information please contact the Reception. In the case of smoking in a restricted area, the hotel is entitled to charge a 50,000 HUF fee to your account.
Wake-up call service
Free wake-up calls can be requested. Please indicate your request at the reception.
Electricity
To power on, please insert your room card into the slot next to the front door. Our hotel has the electrical voltage of 230 V / 50 Hz.
Bathrobes
Bathrobes can be found in the room. It can be replaced if required. Upon departure, please leave it in the room.
Heating
The temperature can be controlled with the thermostat located on the wall.
Medicines, bandages and thermometer
Please indicate your request in person at the reception.
Pair of slippers
The pairs of slippers can be taken from the reception free of charge.

You can find various soft drinks, alcoholic beverages and snacks in the minibar inside the cabinet.
Laundry services
If you have your clothes delivered for cleaning on weekdays before 09:00, your clean clothes will be put in your room on the very same day. Please use the garbage bag. Please order our laundry service only for clothes that do not require any special treatment as the hotel does not accept responsibility for the resulting damage.
Daily cleaning
It is provided between 6 a.m. and 9 p.m. In order to raise the standard of our services please evaluate the overall quality of the work done by the house- keeping staff at the proper part of the questionnaire placed in your hotel room.
Cold pack breakfast
In case of early morning departure a packed breakfast is available on request. Please indicate your request until 8 p.m. on the day before departure at the reception.
Orders
If you would like to order flowers, a cake or any other things, please inform the reception.

You can find a laptop size safe with instructions in the closet. Central safe is avail- able free of charge at the reception. The hotel does not take any responsibility for valuables left in hotel rooms.

Towels
Towels in the hotel rooms are changed every day on request. Otherwise bed linens and towels will be changed after three overnights by our collegues. Please contact the reception upon request.
Ironing
Please let the reception know when you would like any of your clothes to be ironed, it is done in 1 hour. Please, ask for a laundry service which does not need special treatment as our hotel do not take any responsibilies when it is damaged.
Kettle
It is available in every room free of charge.

In the hotel 2 separable conference rooms are available for your meetings. Their floor space area amount 106 m2 and 192 m2, the inner height is 3,2 m.

EMERGENCY EXITS, ESCAPE ROUTES
Please let us introduce you to a few fire safety requirements:
- The hotel premises can be used only in accordance with their purpose.
- Combustible, flammable substances are forbidden to be brought in.
- It is forbidden to use in-room heaters and electric cooking appliances.
- The hotel is non-smoking.
- It is prohibited to throw cigarette ash, matches or combustible waste into the trash bin.
- In case of fire alarm take your personal valuables and ID card with you and leave the building following the map of escape routes placed on the inner side of the room door.
- Before leaving please close the windows of the room.
- Please always follow the instructions of the safety services of the hotel and the staff. If you notice fire or fire conditions, please inform the hotel reception.
Our hotel is safe and equipped to fight fire, but we would like to call your attention to the following points. In case of room fire:
