- Saturday 15:00–16:30: Hungarian Grey Cattle cooking workshop with our hotel’s chef for adults: an exclusive insight into the secrets of preparing Hungarian Grey beef step by step. At the end of the program, participants can enjoy the dish prepared together.

The price doesn’t include the local tourist tax, which is to be paid over the age of 18, HUF 500 / person / night.
Children’s discount can only be granted for an accommodation with 2 adults in the room.
Refunds don’t apply for offered services not used. For treatments and sauna ritual programs a prior registration is required on one of the following contacts: spa@balneum.hu, +36 59 886 200. Outdoor programs, boat tours are subjects to weather conditions and water level. Services start with the dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
Balneum SPA opening hours:
From Sunday to Thursday: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Friday and Saturday: 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Hotel rooms are available on the day of arrival from 3:00 pm until 11:00 am on the day of departure. Any other arrival or departure dates need to be pre checked with the hotel reception!
Please let us know if you need luggage transfer or luggage storage claims.
In failure of a prior notice, deposit or bank card guarantee, hotel room reservations will be canceled without prior notice in accordance with the payment and cancellation policy of our hotel.
- Services ordered can be cancelled without a penalty charge until 7 calendar days prior your arrival.
- For cancellations within 7 calendar days a penalty of 50% will be charged.
- For cancellations on the day of arrival or in case of NO SHOW (failure to show up) a penalty of 100% will be charged for all services ordered.
Methods of payment: bank transfer, cash, credit card or Széchenyi vouchers
- 50% of the total price must be prepaid within 5 calendar days after receiving our confirmation.
- With last minute reservations (within 3 days) payment is due on the spot. To confirm a booking a pre-checked credit card guarantee is required with a permission to charge your card with the amount of the deposit.
- With wire transfers please indicate your name and address, the reference number on the prepayment request, which are required to issue a deposit invoice.
- In case you wish to pay the deposit with a Széchenyi voucher, please send us the data of your card, your home address and the date of reservation.
