Please take care of the health of yourself and those around you in compliance with hygiene regulations.
Main changes occurring in hotel services:
- In addition to introducing preventive measures, we provide plate service meals during breakfast and dinner.
- In our Platán Restaurant, the tables are placed 1.5 meters apart.
- The Balneum SPA pool area and MóKaland playhouse are currently closed, but facial and body treatments can still be booked.
- The gym can be used by only 1 person at a time, for a maximum of 1 hour.
- We regularly disinfect all common areas and rooms. We pay close attention to door handles, TV remote controls and the disinfection of telephones. If you require extra cleaning or disinfection, our colleagues are at your disposal.
- We regularly disinfect bicycles and various game items (ping-pong, darts, foosball, billiards, giant jenga)
- We regularly disinfect the outdoor playground.
- We continuously provide hand sanitizer in common areas for all our Guests and colleagues.
- We measure the body temperature of all our Guests and Colleagues upon arrival.
- Please let us know if you notice any signs of illness
- Please use the hand sanitizers located in common areas regularly
